Hands on support.

Bodywork treatments utilizing the Chinese Medical modalities of Tui Na and Zang Fu Tui Na are available to help support and encourage your process of positive transformation. The sessions include a combination of bodywork, lifestyle coaching and personalized internal arts training. The exact format of each session depends on your constitution and what you would like to address. You will leave each session having experienced principles and learned exercises which can be immediately practiced and applied in your daily life.

I currently treat clients in Sydney, Australia. On Mondays and Tuesdays I treat at Nurture Mind & Body in Paddington, and Thursdays and Fridays I work out of my home clinic in Erskineville. You can book your session with me directly via text or email.
